Charter Group wants to provide safe and adequate housing for transistioning the

homeless and people with disabilities into permanent housing

OUR MISSION

We will provide furnished housing, including utilites and rent for up to one year reserving the right to extend services for up to eighteen months.

We work with charities and non-profits to provide these services.

Charter Group, Inc. is a not-profit organization established in 2003 for the purpose of providing affordable housing for individuals and/or families with special needs. Such special needs may include, but are not limited to, mental disabilities, physical disabilities, senior adults, homeless persons and those with low income.
